Last week, Robert Bilyk traveled to Ulverstone to present a Kookaburra kit to Zoe Lowry.

Zoe was named LTT’s 2017 Junior Taverner where she accepted a cheque for $500 and certificate at our annual Barassi Debate and Sporting Chance Awards event. But we needed to fulfill the cricket kit as the other part of the Award. We did so just recently.

Here’s Zoe proudly wearing her Kookaburra kit and Zoe’s Mum, Kathy Lowry, proudly accepting the kit earlier in the day.

We’re very proud of Zoe, who is almost fully recovered from a nasty concussion she suffered in an accident in Nov 16. So we look forward to her resuming her cricket career next season and will follow her progress with interest.

And big thanks to our valued supporter Kookaburra Australia for their contribution to helping us offer more sporting chances to our inspiring youth.
