Participation criteria and information:
The Lord’s Taverners is providing nominated clubs the opportunity to participate in the 2018 raffle conducted by The Lords Taverners. LT has sourced all prizes, obtained the necessary raffle permit (permit 10521/17), printed tickets and will manage all aspects of the raffle.
Clubs have the opportunity to sell tickets and in return retain 50% of the sale proceeds for the benefit of their own club.
Tickets are $5 each and for every ticket sold by a club they retain $2.50
Raffle details:
Selling Window  – 1st August 2017 till midnight 31st January 2018
Raffle Draw – 22nd February 2018
Notification – Winners will be notified and detailed on the Lords Taverners National web site www.lordstavernersaus.org.au from 24th February 2018
Ticket price – $5 per ticket in books of 10
How to participate:
Clubs should nominate the number of tickets they wish to sell and advise the contact name, email and phone number of their representative to Colin Merritt , Relationship Management & Fundraising, Lords Taverners Tasmania, at or on 0413 134 808. The Club is not bound to sell all the tickets received, but please make a realistic judgement on numbers when requesting tickets. We can provide additional tickets at very short notice.
As tickets are sold, return the butts, with a cheque or direct deposit to The Lords Taverners for $2.50 per ticket and retain the Clubs $2.50 per ticket sold. It is suggested that tickets be progressively returned if possible (with money)
